- Medium-density, 'M' type ACE Flat heald
Designed to prevent slant lines resulting from heeling and wavering of flat healds when weaving dense textiles. Our 'M'-type product can easily be reset when the flat heald fails while in use, an improvement over existing products. |
- 'O' type Duplex/Simplex
- Used for frame with 1.5mm bar flat heald.
- Made of tempered stainless steel.
- A delicately polished surface ensures excellent quality and improves productivity.
- Our 'O'-type flat heald is designed for use for automatic drawing.
- The eye of our 'O'-type flat heald is located in the center of the heald. |
'J', 'C' type Simplex open endlops
- Among open-type rider-less flat healds, the 2.1~ 6mm bar is used for a 'J'-type flat heald and the 1.7mm bar for a 'C'-type flat heald.
- Heat-treated, tempered stainless steel is used for flat heald types.
